Dr. Nabil Abd El-Raouf

Nabil Abd El-Raouf is a leading academic and tax consultant with over 30 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation across Egypt and the wider Arab region. Nabil has held senior roles at the Egyptian Tax Authority, including General Manager of Inspection at the Investment Tax Office. Nabil is a prolific researcher with over 30 published papers in accounting and taxation and is recognized for his thought leadership in IFRS, tax planning, corporate governance, and digital taxation reforms.

Wael Nabil

With over a decade of experience in the legal field, Wael Nabil brings deep expertise and strategic insight to Fouad El-Watan BKR as the Legal Services Partner. He has successfully managed a portfolio of more than 150 legal services clients, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering commitment to confidentiality. Known for his meticulous approach, Wael oversees the legal archive unit, ensuring all company and client data is structured, secure, and accessible. He holds an LLM in Private Law and plays a pivotal role in leading the Legal Services division, driving operational excellence and upholding the firm's high standards of service.

Mohamed Zayed

Partner — Audit & Assurance

Mohamed Zayed is a seasoned audit professional with over two decades of experience in leading auditing firms. He currently serves as Head of Audit at Fouad El-Watan – BKR International, a position he has held since 2018. Prior to this, he worked at Ernst & Young Egypt, where he advanced to Audit Manager after joining as Assistant Manager, and at KPMG Egypt, where he served as Audit Assistant Manager. Mohamed began his career at Horwath International and Essam Abdel-Raouf Chartered Accountants. He holds a degree in Commerce (Accounting) from Zagazig University and is a certified member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors. Known for his leadership and communication skills, Mohamed has led audit teams in engagements across diverse sectors, with significant expertise in banking and financial institutions.

Hamed Ahmed Maher is a distinguished litigation lawyer and legal consultant with over 30 years of experience in civil, commercial, and banking law. At Fouad El-Watan BKR, he leads litigation strategies and legal consultancy with unmatched depth and precision, handling complex disputes, contract negotiations, and enforcement cases. His expertise spans contract drafting, labor and inheritance law, tenancy and debt litigation, and judgment enforcement. He is a seasoned legal trainer, mentoring aspiring lawyers and conducting professional workshops on civil and criminal law, commercial contracts, and legal drafting.
